Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto Hotel

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main train station, making it perfect if you are traveling by train or bus from the airport. it is situated opposite a large shopping mall, providing easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants.

The air conditioning in the public areas and rooms was too heavy, causing some discomfort for guests who found themselves sitting with sweaters and coats on.

This place is in a great location, just across from a beautiful shopping center and the central railway station. Everything is easily accessible by foot, and the old town is only a short 5-minute walk away! The staff were extremely friendly and tried to help with every request with no fuss and in a wonderful professional manner. The room was very comfortable, with amenities like a mini-bar, in-room safe and soundproofed rooms, making it an excellent value for the price.

I had some difficulty communicating with the staff at times, but they were always willing to help eventually. I would recommend this venue to anyone, it's the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with family!

The location of this hotel is unbeatable - it's directly across the road from a big shopping center and the main train station. Plus, it's very close to the city square, within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful, providing us with useful advice on transportation.

A continental breakfast was gorgeous. The service was all in all great. Flawless place to stay while in Krakow.

Fairly large hotel with brilliant location so close to the old town and a 3 floor shopping mall and Galeria Krakowska.

The check-in process was quick and personalized, with staff using smartphones instead of a traditional front desk. the complimentary smartphone in the room with free data was a great convenience for my business needs.

The breakfast area was a bit small and limited in terms of the food options available. the lights in the room were extensive but a bit complicated to figure out without a manual.

The rooms were fashionable, it was fairly clean and fairly large venue. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an air conditioning, a mini-bar, an iron and ironing board were a nice touch.

The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a local area, close to the city center. The extra touches like bread and pastries for breakfast, I enjoyed it. Everything was simply GREAT.

Excellent location, just minutes from train station. Stylish, modern, and clean with quiet rooms. Convenient tram access to surrounding areas. Well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including iron and safe box. Friendly and accommodating staff made for a smooth check-in and check-out process.

We had a fantastic stay at Mercure! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and right across from a shopping center. The room was spotless with great amenities like a coffee maker and stocked mini fridge. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Krakow.

As avid bike riders, we appreciated the convenient location near the train station and its proximity to the old town and other attractions. The hotel's contemporary design and well-furnished rooms had everything we needed. The staff, including the receptionists, dining area, and cleaning department, were all friendly and approachable. We also loved the free bagels available at the reception, a wonderful gesture by the hotel to please their guests.

We felt extremely well taken care of during our stay and have nothing to complain about. From the cleanliness of our room to the excellent service provided in these challenging times, our experience at the hotel was exceptional.
